Lincoln Road 

A three and a half month turn around on this little beauty, right in the middle of Essendon. 

We started with new metal (Zincalume) roofing to get it watertight before Winter. Then we completely gutted the internal, removing the rubbish, taking up all the flooring to get a new level subfloor down. We then transformed this two bedroom into a three bedroom home with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and laundry. A quick restoration that completely transformed this home in under four months.
